This project proposal envisages realization of infrastructural activities on an already existing facility and putting into operation of the same which will serve as a multifunctional space intended for holding various events and gatherings that are of great importance for the citizens of Vasilevo and local development. of the municipality. It is planned that the project will include infrastructural activities such as reconstruction, rehabilitation and adaptation of an existing building - House of Culture which exists on part KP no.2198 / 1 KO Vasilevo. The need for realization of the project is significant from several aspects, namely the return to function of the premises and capacity that are part of the building (premises of JPKD "Turija", meeting room of the Council of the Municipality of Vasilevo, office of the Municipal Election Commission, office of the hunting association Fazan, regional office of the Agency for Promotion and Development of Agriculture, office of a Member of Parliament in the Assembly of RSM, large hall for events and gatherings, etc.). Description of the current situation: The House of Culture building is in very poor condition and it is non-functional. The electrical installation and the roof structure are in a very bad condition and that contributes to the ingress of water in the old electrical installation and floods in the building. The facade, interior walls and floors of the building are outdated and in poor condition and are collapsing. The toilets are in poor condition and not suitable for use, while the carpentry of doors and windows in the building is completely damaged and does not close well, with rain entering during rain and cold during entry. The project will contribute to repairing the previously mentioned shortcomings of the House of Culture in the village of Vasilevo, and thus will enable the commissioning of the same and open the possibility to use the House as a multipurpose building for the needs of all institutions that use the premises in order to to carry out their activities smoothly.
