On the territory of the municipality of Saraj, at the moment, several public enterprises perform their activity by performing various services to its citizens. The collection of municipal waste and maintenance of fecal sewerage systems is performed by PCE "Saraj" Saraj, which is founded by the Council of the Municipality of Saraj. In the initial period, as a newly established public enterprise with a small number of human resources, without adequate experience, modest financial resources, it was forced to perform only the activity of collecting, transporting and disposing of municipal waste at the Drisla landfill. Although the demands and needs of the citizens of the municipality of Saraj for this service were enormous, due to limited resources the company was forced to provide services to only a small number of citizens from several settlements located around the seat of the municipality. Over the years, the company with the support of the municipality of Saraj began to consolidate and gradually increased the number of settlements and the number of users of the municipal waste collection service. In addition to the primary service, the construction of several sewage systems required PCE Saraj to be equipped with both mechanization and staff to maintain these systems. Despite the huge efforts of both the municipality and the company, they are not able to provide these services to all citizens of the municipality of Saraj. For these reasons, we are seeking the above funds to procure several vehicles that will increase the number of users of these services and thus contribute to environmental protection.
