On the territory of the municipality of Tearce only part of the local roads are in good condition. Among those who are not in good condition is this local road for which they apply. The planned route of this local road passes through the middle of the village. Tearce starts from the Administrative Building (Assembly) of the Municipality of Tearce towards the upper part of the village, ie to the Church in Bigur and continues on the branch to the Police Station - Tearce. Several other roads in the village of Tearce are connected through this road. The road is old asphalt and is very damaged and depreciated. In the spring and autumn period the road is muddy due to the weather conditions and the rains that are more frequent in this period. In order to overcome this problem, the municipality of Tearce has developed a basic project that should solve or improve the above situation. The problem is that there is a difficult movement of the business sector, farmers and citizens of this part of the village. The current condition of the existing road is defined based on the projection of the terrain, as well as by performing geodetic survey of the entire length of the existing road. The width of the existing road along the entire section is variable and is from 3.5 to 4.5 m. The settlement Tearce has over 4,000 inhabitants or 17.8% of the total population of the municipality of Tearce. In order to overcome this situation, we need to start with the construction of this local field road, which will contribute to the modernization of the road infrastructure in this area. The target area where the project will be realized is the area of ​​the village. Tearce. The target group, ie users / beneficiaries of the project will be farmers, residents and businesses located in this area. Indirect users will be all residents of the municipality of Tearce. The demands or needs of residents and farmers are daily and really have difficulties in safe, free and unimpeded movement.
