Due to the specific needs of the settlement Mlado Nagoricane-Maala Pilenac it is necessary to reconstruct the local road according to the basic project for Reconstruction of a local road in the village Mlado Nagoricane maale Pilenac, Municipality of Staro Nagoricane. In the area where the road reconstruction is planned to be realized, at the moment there are very bad traffic conditions. Due to the excessive damage, the movement on the existing road is difficult despite all the activities and efforts of the municipality of Staro Nagoricane to repair it. The population of Pilenac neighborhood, when there is heavy rain and snow, is not able to move with their own motor vehicles due to the poor condition of the road. There are no elementary conditions for this settlement to be connected with direct lines for passenger transport with a municipal center in Staro Nagoricane and the nearest town Kumanovo. The distribution of livestock and agricultural products is difficult due to the bad road and the possibility of spoiling and destroying them due to poor road conditions. The end users of the full completion of this project will be all residents in this settlement, as well as residents of other surrounding settlements who need and use this road. Enjoy the results of the project will be 150 inhabitants and another 300 inhabitants who gravitate or need to use this road
