The need for realization of this project is more than great, because it is unfortunate that in the XXI century, one of the largest rural municipalities in the country - the Municipality of Lipkovo, still does not have: - where he will be able to organize events, projects and programs in the field of culture, art and literature that will surely give us a special significance of our Municipality, - where he will be able to realize manifestations and programs that are now traditional in the Municipality of Lipkovo, - where the culture can be promoted in cooperation and exchange of values ​​with the twin cities based on reciprocity, etc. And it can not be emphasized that not with such standards as construction has begun and as it should be when it is completed, but in our Municipality at this very place until 2001 there was a facility, so we with our funds from the budget of the Municipality, the IPA Program - cross-border cooperation and the Ministry of Culture, so far we have completed most of this project, and it is fully completed CARBINET - the facility, but this does not mean that it is completed, because it can be said that it is completed about 65%, so in order to complete - finish and to be able to use it we will have to do the following things: machine installation, crafts - facade, ceramic, floorboards, plasterboard, painting, carpentry, indoor plumbing and sewerage and electricity, for which in addition to the application we will provide you with a separate bill of quantities calculation for each position separately, certified and signed. The need for the implementation of this project is numerous because when we complete it, we and others will have the opportunity where we can achieve the following goals: - we will create conditions for a richer life, quality culture at the level of the Municipality of Lipkovo, - Preservation and affirmation of the material and cultural heritage of the Municipality of Lipkovo and their cultural identity, - encouraging and affirming the creativity of young people engaged in art in all areas of cultural life, - promoting projects and programs that are in step with the European and world cultural trend, - continuous provision of cultural and traditional manifestations of local and international character, - celebration and affirmation of dates and important personalities for their history and culture, - preservation and affirmation of cultural and material soul heritage, - realization of theatrical performances, various concerts by cultural and artistic societies, etc.
