Improvement and modernization of the infrastructural appearance of the municipality of Debrca and the village of Belchishta is closely related to the process of migration of the population and the fact that the village is the administrative center of the municipality, ie the seat of the municipality is in the village of Belchishta. A huge impact that contributes to rural-urban migration is the rural-outdated infrastructural appearance of the villages. With the realization of this project, the central street in the village of Belchishta will be aesthetically arranged at the level of the streets in the European rural municipalities, which is of great influence especially for the young generations in the decision for choosing a place to live as a seat of the municipality. The reconstruction and arrangement of the street will have a great contribution in the daily life of the local population. This street connects the center of the village with the Administrative Building of the Municipality, the Exhibition Center for the (Belchish swamp) Post Office and the Primary School Building as well as the football field. The formation of a sidewalk will increase the safety of traffic participants, especially students who use this street and this central area on a daily basis. This concept of modernization by placing sidewalks and trash cans on the central streets in the larger villages of the municipality of Debrca is one of the key measures of the municipality against the trend of eviction of the population from rural municipalities and obtaining a European look in rural areas.
