This project is for reconstruction of the access road to the village of Jakrenovo as an area with specific development needs. Based on the project program, the access road to the village of Jakrenovo starts from the existing street in the urban part of the village. Sajdevo up to the culvert of the open watercourse, in a length of 411 meters. The road is generally composed of asphalt pavement with a width of 3.0 meters, variable width of sidewalks and open earth drainage channels. The asphalting of the local road was done 25 years ago where the measured asphalt on the spot is 5 - 6 cm thick. Damage to the asphalt followed by cracks in the base asphalt was observed. The existing road, which has not been reconstructed and rehabilitated since its installation, is the cause of problems faced by the population gravitating towards that region. The vehicles are damaged, the asphalt construction is flooded, which permanently damages it. Access to settlements is becoming more difficult. The environment is polluted, both from the earth cracks of the existing asphalt structure, and from the unacceptable atmospheric waters.
