The village of Radibush is a hilly mountain village located in the central part of the municipality at an altitude of 530-960 m and is of broken neighborhood type. Kojkarci neighborhood is located in the higher part of the village to which leads a dirt road with a steep slope which is exposed to frequent damage from torrential rains and heavy winter snow, because it borders the mountain village German known for frequent winter impassability. Due to frequent road damage is necessary continuous rehabilitation of the same by the municipality, which generates continuous costs and complicates the access of the inhabitants from this part of the village to the center of the village and the need for daily living needs and services. Construction of part of a local road is intended to connect neighborhoods from the village Radibush with about 10 -15 households with facilities of importance to local residents such as school, local shop, religious building and asphalt local road from the village which is connected to the center of the municipality and other urban areas through the Highway A2 which passes through the center of the Municipality of Rankovce,. The municipality of Rankovce has prepared complete technical documentation for the construction of a local road in the length of 3,125 km, for the realization of part of the project Asphalting in the length of 1.2 km, which is in the preparatory phase of construction, as the second phase is applied through the NIPR project for providing accessible local roads for development of rural tourism in the Municipality of Rankovce - Construction of part of the road in the village Radibush - Kojkarci neighborhood, Municipality of Rankovce (L = 480 m). The third phase of implementation refers to the same project to connect the remaining households from the neighborhood Kojkarci with the central part of the village and the municipality. construction of part of a local road section km 0 + 720 to km 1-220 L = 0.5 km in the village Radibush The construction of this road will ensure better development in rural areas as well as: - facilitated access -reduced migration rate - connecting neighborhoods - Improved access for tourists - improved quality of life - neat appearance - increased security - reduced costs for maintenance and depreciation of vehicles - reduced disparity of villages in rural municipalities
