In the settlement of 22 December and the village of Osoj, live 30% of the population of Kicevo, a mixed settlement where Macedonians, Albanians, Roma, Egyptians and others live together. In this settlement there is a sports playground built sometime in the 80s, completely damaged by maintenance, filled with municipal waste and other construction debris, which makes life difficult for the residents due to the bad smell. by building the retaining wall we will avoid the water supply from the groove that passes near this playground. With the reconstruction of this sports playground, we will enable the young people from this neighborhood to engage in sports.
