The need for implementation of this project arises as a result of improving the movement, connection, accessibility and raising traffic safety in a large percentage for specific areas of: the municipality of Mavrovo Rostuse, the municipality of Gostivar, Debar, Kicevo and beyond for the municipalities of PPR. The implementation of this project will give an overview of its importance for the specific areas of rural and urban parts of the municipalities in the Polog planning region, it covers the needs of all municipalities that are part of the Polog planning region: Bogovinje, Brvenica, Vrapciste, Gostivar, Zelino, Jegunovce, Mavrovo Rostuse, Tearce and Tetovo as well as the specific areas of the municipality of Debar and Kicevo. The implementation of this project will benefit over 300,000 thousand inhabitants, ie 100% of the population of POPR and beyond. The realization of this project will solve the critical point with the elaboration of the technical solution, ie the point of exclusion from the highway Gostivar-Kicevo on the move between the crossroads with the regional road R29279 (towards Vrutok) to the crossroads with R1202 (towards Mavrovi Anovi), as well as delivery. on conditions for design of an intersection for disconnection from the highway. The implementation of the project will have a positive effect on solving a major problem, which will improve movement, connectivity, accessibility and raise the level of traffic safety for specific areas of the municipality of Mavrovo Rostuse, Gostivar, Debar, Kicevo and beyond. for PPR municipalities, it will also provide faster and easier access to the Rusino regional landfill.
