This project envisages procurement of a new tractor with attached mechanization. The mechanization will contribute to the protection of the environment, will reduce the time for simultaneous collection and cleaning of local roads. With the vehicle, the waste will be deposited directly at the municipal landfill, Glinishte, Rakovec. Namely, JPKD "Topolka" has a small number of mechanization, worn out with large depreciation. With the purchase of a new vehicle, a 90-horsepower tractor, modern with a number of gears 16 + 8, hermetically sealed cabin with air conditioning and attached mechanization, ie: 4 ton tractor trailer, utility hydraulic mulch with branch attachment and front cleaning board will directly improve the quality of services of the utility company. The very area of ​​mountain massifs, enables a longer period of retention of snow drifts. The connection mechanization will enable cleaning of the local 126 km road from lush vegetation and snow, which will directly contribute to traffic safety. Road crossings are one of the important factors for the residents. Procurement of the required machinery will increase the passability of local roads to the following villages: Gorno Jabolciste, Kapinovo, Papradiste, Popadija, Creshnevo, Oreshe, Plevenje, etc.
