By developing a modern and functional traffic infrastructure will improve the quality of life of the local population, will create conditions for better (local) economic development, will improve the poor condition of the local road infrastructure in rural areas, will contribute to reducing the differences in the development of transport infrastructure between the settlements in the municipality of Bogdanci, between the municipalities within the Southeast region, as well as reducing the differences between the regions. The analysis of the situation with the local road infrastructure unequivocally shows that it is in poor condition, and is an obstacle for further development. especially in rural areas. For these reasons, the Strategic Programs at all levels, local, regional, and national, in their priorities pay special attention to overcoming these challenges. The situation with the transport infrastructure in the Southeast region compared to other regions in Macedonia is in much worse condition. The Municipality of Bogdanci within the Southeast region has one of the weakest road infrastructures, outdated, non-functional, damaged, undeveloped. Compared, within the municipality, the condition of the local streets is much worse than the condition of the local roads.
