- In the village of Blatec there are no conditions for normal, quality and healthy life, primarily due to the age of the water supply network which is over 40 years. The material from which the network is made is part of AC pipes that are considered as carcinogenic and galvanized pipes that are damaged due to age, which increases water losses. Using such a water supply network endangers the health of the population who use the drinking water from this water supply network. - The realization of this project will solve this problem and the population of the village will get a normal and quality life. Solving this problem opens the possibility for the return of the population that originates from the village of Blatec, and has a tendency to emigrate, and opens the opportunity to start your own business in the field of agriculture and animal husbandry. - The main users are the population of the village. Blatec, who will receive conditions for quality healthy life. - Direct benefit from the realization of the project will benefit about 1594 inhabitants of the village, but the number of users will be higher if we take into account the fact that in the village there is an opportunity for development of agriculture and livestock, but also development of rural tourism as an opportunity for starting their own business by the population that has already moved out.
