The settlements of Brest and Creshnevo are located on the territory of the municipality of Makedonski Brod and are one of the most vital villages on this territory. The current condition of the local streets in both settlements is such that they are not completely broken, some consist of macadam and the rest are earthen. The terrain is mountainous, and in the village of Brest it is noticed that there are natural limitations, large ascents, slopes and incisions and steep slopes. The need for construction of streets arises due to the connection of people and goods both inside these settlements and outside with the municipality and other settlements in it, reducing the disparity between settlements in the municipality but also between other settlements in the republic, improving municipal services to the population in these villages and creating conditions for faster economic development. The project proposal includes construction of local streets in the settlements of Brest and Creshnevo. In the village of Brest, 7 local streets with a total length of 1,275.6 meters are planned for construction and in the village of Creshnevo 9 local streets with a total length of 1,992 m. The width of all local streets is adjusted according to the current situation on the ground. The construction includes geodetic marking and securing of the routes of the local streets, excavation of earth materials from the streets to the projected elevations, complete planning and compaction of the floor, street plan, procurement and installation of buffer material and concrete paver elements.
