Project for construction of a water supply network with a water supply tank in the village of Izdeglavje and the village of Slatinski Chiflik, Municipality of Debrca. The project is divided into two phases, namely PHASE 1 Construction of a tank as well as installation of new pumps and construction of a pressure pipeline for which it is applied to the Ministry of Transport and Communications, financed by the European Investment Bank and PHASE 2 which provides Construction of water supply network and connection of the two settlements Ideglavje and Slatinski chiflik to the water supply network which is the subject of this project. The project area is located in the southwestern part of the Republic of Northern Macedonia in the municipality of Debrca, the villages of Izdeglavje and the village of Slatinski Chiflik are 15 km away from the headquarters of the Municipality. The village of Izdeglavje has 136 permanent inhabitants and 50 non-permanent population and the village of Slatinski Chiflik 11 permanent inhabitants and 30 non-permanent population. The purpose of this project is to supply water to households in the above mentioned villages. The village of Izdeglavje has a relatively resolved infrastructure, currently a water supply network has been built throughout the village which is of poor quality, Due to the dilapidation and poor quality of the water supply network in the village, there are often interruptions in the water supply which are the result of frequent defects of the old dilapidated pipelines and pipes. This project covers the two villages for construction of a water supply network in the length of 2,586 m with which pipeline system the two villages will be interconnected to the water supply network. There is no water supply network in the village of Slatinski Chiflik. Currently, the residents are supplied with drinking water from the surrounding springs or individual pumps that they have in the yards without knowing what quality of water is consumed. In that direction, the Municipality of Debrca plans to build a water supply network and connect the two settlements of Ideglavje and Slatinski Chiflik on the water supply network. So far, no funds have been requested for the realization of phase 2 of this project.
