PROJECT DETAILS

The overall goal of the project is to recognize the quality of organic production in the cross-border area as a potential for competitiveness of businesses / producers / products. Needs of the target groups: existing and potential agricultural / organic producers, small and medium enterprises, non-governmental organizations, professional agricultural associations and local actors in the cross-border area. Main project activities: 1. Research and analysis of organic production (OR), mapping of bio-soils, 2. Preparation, design, printing, and promotion of the OP manual (A, B, C Primer of organic production) 3. Capacity building, trainings, OP workshops, business planning, management and networking 4. Visibility, promotional activities: Promo packages, campaigns, printed materials, web platform - common to both areas. Expected results of the project are: increasing the level of awareness of agricultural producers for new business opportunities offered in the cross-border region and arising in the field of organic production, increased cross-border business opportunities and creating a network of organic producers. Expected results - at least 1 but jointly supported start-up company or self-employment initiative; 20 participants in trainings for organic production and creation of at least 1 network of cooperation in the field of organic production.
