PROJECT DETAILS

The project focuses on the need in the cross-border region for the development of employment skills and an independently responsible attitude towards employment. The basic idea is to offer a place not only for learning, but a space that will serve as a community for sharing, practicing and exchanging ideas. The project will be implemented through various activities, including the creation of an online platform for learning and exchange of positive practices from Bulgaria and Macedonia, seminars, study stay in the region, and a caravan as a final activity in which all results, offline and online activities of on-site will be organized for local communities in 6 municipalities in Bulgaria and Macedonia. In this way, the opportunity for professional development will be available to even the most vulnerable groups. The expected results of this project are: a large number of participants who will attend seminars in the cross-border region, a large number of successful entrepreneurs who will get space to share their knowledge and use a capacity building platform for their employees, several networks created for future cooperation in the cross-border region and an initiative for joint start-ups and self-employment.
