The project aims to encourage productivity and competitiveness, economic growth and investment in the region, intensify cooperation between the business and R & D sectors and contribute to providing a favorable environment for optimizing educational professional qualification and retraining. The aim of the project is also to improve the competitiveness of regional companies, through the development of two databases and the creation of a cross-border business network as a result of the research of 5,000 small and medium enterprises. The operation will contribute to the implementation of new innovative initiatives for cooperation through the development of an innovative business network, application of new approaches and new tools - VOFIS and VEP and training of people and small and medium enterprises to benefit from them, in order to jointly respond to common challenges. The project will have a positive impact on a SME group of 5,000 SMEs - potential partners in the cross-border cluster in the forestry sector, including wood processing and furniture companies, as well as research, education and training institutions / centers across the border. region.
