PROJECT DETAILS

The main goal of the project is to increase the competitiveness of regional businesses. Two groups of unemployed women, who produce domestic products and handicrafts, will be formed in Stip and Goce Delchev. They will be trained in the basics of economics and basic IT skills in order to be able to sell their products and make their hobby and domestic production profitable. It is planned to organize a workshop with local businessmen, bazaars in Stip and Goce Delchev, and participation in a joint stand at the fair in Skopje, which will enable cooperation, establishing contacts and establishing and developing their domestic activities in a micro or small company. The implementation of the proposed project activities will result in increased competitiveness of the smallest "domestic businesses" and will turn them into a profitable source of income for unemployed women. This will enable their inclusion in social life and society, and thus increase the trust and value of their work. The project supports the goal of equal participation of women in the labor market. The successful implementation of the planned activities, through the trainings for basic business and IT, will be the basis and opportunity for further development of these domestic businesses in micro and small companies, through active involvement in the market. This, in any case, will increase the number of women who will start earning income from their domestic activities.
