The project aims to build the capacity of young people from the cross-border area in entrepreneurship, business development and management and to present the potential for starting a new business through training, educational programs and capacity building initiatives as a path to a successful business. Creating a network for cooperation between young people from the cross-border region in the field of entrepreneurship and business development. Development of a network for providing space for exchange of opinions, discussion of common problems, search for partners for realization of joint projects. The main goals of the start-up network and the Start-up Academy and the network are to build the competencies of young people from the cross-border region for entrepreneurship cooperation through a series of events, open discussions, trainings with information and educational materials, placed on an online platform. Virtual Instrument Development - A virtual company to gain practical skills in management, marketing, customer relations and other relevant issues. A virtual simulation company will create an opportunity to train young people on how to develop and run a business in a simulated real environment.
