PROJECT DETAILS

The main goal of the project is to encourage cooperation in the field of sustainable tourism, by improving the awareness of stakeholders about the common cultural heritage and cultural events in the cross-border region, joint promotion and valorization of general and unique cultural heritage, improving cooperation between regional institutions the field of cultural tourism, development of innovative tools and cooperation network for promotion and use of the common cultural heritage of the region. Project activities include conducting a cross-border competition on "Share the cultural heritage of your region", creating youth camps for cultural promoters (First and Second level), developing a common calendar of cultural events and events in the cross-border region, developing innovative online software, web portal and social networks for organizing and promoting cultural manifestations and events Creating and popularizing short video presentations of cultural and youth organizations from the target cross-border region, creating a network of young cultural promoters from the cross-border region, discussion forum in the Republic Macedonia and Final Conference in the Republic of Bulgaria. The main groups that will benefit from the project results are cultural and youth organizations, local authorities, educational institutions, NGOs in the field of culture, tourism and regional development and young people from the target region, with effects on the population of Blagoevgrad district (14 municipalities ) and the population of the Southeast Planning Region (10 municipalities).
